Terms & Conditions:
Final Guest Count – The order must be confirmed via email to firstname.lastname@example.org not less than six ( 6 ) hours prior to scheduled event.
Change Orders – Changes must be requested via email to email@example.com not less than six ( 6 ) hours prior to scheduled event. Changes requested less than six ( 6 ) hours prior to the scheduled event will be subject to a $75.00 late change order fee.
Payment – Payment in full is expected at the time of placing the order. Visa debit/credit/ Amex / MC and Discover cards are accepted.
Order Cancellation – Orders cancelled less than twelve ( 12 ) hours prior to scheduled event are subject to a fifty ( 50 %) percent cancellation fee.
Items Included – Paper plates / plastic cutlery / paper napkins / wire chafing dishes.
Service – Price includes drop-off only. Full service and cleanup can be provided at the rate of $35.00/hour per server.
Delivery Fee – Free delivery over $500.00 within 5 miles radius of the Brisket Stop West L.A. kitchen. Delivery beyond the 5 miles radius are subject to a delivery fee.
Sales Tax – All prices are subject to local sales tax.
